VL agrees that diet and exercise are keys to wellness. However, we tend to dig deeper to further flesh out principles. True wellness is a dynamic proposition: a complex, many-armed and demanding goddess. Movement, Touch, Resolution of unresolved conflicts, Successful connections, Stress reduction, Love, Forgiveness and more are part of the equation. We must work steadily to adapt to life’s challenges at every stage to maintain and re-calibrate our balance.
